Role overview
Full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Dubai.
The paralegal supports lawyers on complex corporate and transactional matters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize legal documents and transaction checklists; maintain case files and coordinate agreement execution.
- Conduct legal and factual research; review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Summarize contracts and correspondence and draft basic legal and corporate documents under supervision.
- Manage deadlines, support due diligence, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help ensure documentation complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and support efficient client service.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in law and familiarity with corporate and transactional legal concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline.
- A paralegal qualification or certification is an advantage.
- Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience in corporate, M&A, or securities law is preferred.
Skills and tools
- Legal document preparation, research, document review, and contract summarization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Proficiency with standard office software and document management tools; legal research database familiarity is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate, maintain discretion and confidentiality, and manage multiple matters and tight deadlines.
