The Paper Digitization Expert – Manager manages end-to-end paper digitization projects and conversion of physical records into structured digital formats.

Responsibilities
- Lead digitization, scanning, indexing, and metadata projects; plan workflows, staffing, equipment, capacity, and timelines.
- Oversee document preparation, scanning, image enhancement, OCR, indexing, and quality control.
- Set and monitor quality standards, accuracy, and productivity metrics; manage and mentor supervisors and operators.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand document types, specifications, and project requirements.
- Improve processes and implement technology or automation to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure handling, tracking, confidentiality, and security of physical and digitized records.
- Monitor MIS, productivity, quality, and operational performance; provide management reports and resolve operational or technical issues.
Key skills
- Paper and document digitization, scanning, OCR, indexing, and metadata.

- Process improvement, MIS and reporting, and client coordination.
Preferred profile
- A graduate with approximately 10 years of experience in document digitization, archival digitization, records management, or scanning operations is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale digitization projects and teams is preferred.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month.
- Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
