Supervise panel assembly and integration activities as per approved drawings, work instructions, and in-house project requirements.

2.

Ensure proper wiring, termination, labeling, grounding, and IS/Non-IS segregation during fabrication.

3.

Manage shop floor resources, allocate tasks, and ensure safe execution in line with project schedules.

4.

Coordinate with engineering, quality, project, and procurement teams, including BOM verification, material ordering and tracking, to avoid delays.

5.

Ensure compliance with HSE practices and support inspections, audits, and quality requirements for project completion.
