Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional painting experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently.
- Physical demands
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Additional eligibility requirements
- Valid and current Driver’s License
- Must past a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report prior to first day of employment
- Fair Housing certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days of employment (course provided by employer)
