Typical duties
- Paint and polish surfaces in hotel rooms and public areas to meet required standards and timelines.
- Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings, including vinyl, fabric, and foil.
- Maintain caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry surfaces with stain, varnish, and lacquer.
- Keep painting tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent working condition.
- Oversee painting supply inventory and store paints and solvents safely.
Requirements
- Ability to prepare and apply paint and polish finishes to surfaces.
- Ability to work with vinyl, fabric, and foil wall and ceiling coverings and maintain caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry surfaces.
