Paint Protection Film Installer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on various vehicle surfaces, including hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, doors, and full-body applications.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, decontaminating, and polishing as required before installation.
• Measure, cut, and apply PPF using computer-cut templates or hand-cut techniques while ensuring precision and minimal waste.
• Remove air bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections to achieve a flawless finish.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain installation tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Safely handle installation solutions, chemicals, and equipment according to company policies.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features and maintenance recommendations when required.
• Report any defects, damages, or quality issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum **1–2 years of experience** in Paint Protection Film installation (preferred).
• Experience with vehicle detailing, vinyl wrapping, or window tinting is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to use hand tools and installation equipment safely.
• Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Working Conditions

• May require overtime or weekend work based on customer demand.
• Compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations is required.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
