Paid Social Executive
to join its growing marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven digital marketer with hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
You'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement and revenue through highly targeted, performance-focused campaigns.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring strong performance against commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Develop audience targeting strategies to maximise engagement and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing across creative, audiences and campaign structures.
- Analyse campaign data and make recommendations to improve results.
- Produce regular performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop effective advertising assets.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends and best practices.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing paid social campaigns within a B2C environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Director of Acquisitions
- Experience delivering customer acquisition and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and making data-led decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
Desirable
- Experience within entertainment, leisure, hospitality, retail, ticketing or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Experience with audience segmentation, remarketing and lookalike audiences.
