, we’re looking for a
Paid Ads Specialist
who can take full ownership of our paid advertising performance and turn ad spend into measurable business growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is data-driven, proactive, and comfortable being directly responsible for results.
About The Role
You will be responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and scaling our paid search campaigns across key platforms.
Your focus will be clear: improve performance, maximize ROI, reduce wasted spend, and drive consistent growth through smart campaign management and continuous testing.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, spot opportunities quickly, and take ownership of performance without waiting for constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across
Google Ads
and
Microsoft Ads
- Drive performance based on ROI, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and overall growth metrics
- Identify new growth opportunities within existing and new campaign structures
- Continuously test ads, keywords, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear actions
- Reduce wasted spend and improve campaign efficiency
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve funnels, tracking, and conversions
- Report on performance and proactively suggest improvements
Requirements
- **4+ years of experience**
- in performance marketing / paid advertising
- Strong expertise in
Google Ads
- , especially Search campaigns
- Experience with
Microsoft Ads
- is a strong plus
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
- Strong analytical skills and confident working with data
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, funnels, CPA, ROAS, and ROI
- Proactive, independent, and results-focused
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to move fast
- Currently based in
