Padel Coach – Top Padel
Top Padel is looking for an energetic, passionate, and professional Padel Coach to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions, building strong relationships with players, and helping grow our padel community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver private and group padel coaching sessions for adults and juniors
- Organize and support social games, tournaments, and academy activities
- Assess players’ levels and create personalized training plans
- Ensure a positive, motivating, and professional environment on court
- Assist with player retention and community engagement
- Promote academy programs, events, and memberships
- Maintain court discipline, safety, and equipment standards
- Support reception/team operations when needed during events or peak hours
Requirements
- ** Previous experience as a Padel Coach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, positive, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to coach different levels, from beginners to advanced players
- Experience with kids’ coaching and group sessions is a plus
- English required; additional languages are an adva
- ntage
- UAE experience preferred
