About This Role
Coaching Delivery
- Conduct padel coaching sessions for individuals, groups, and academies.
- Adjust training plans based on player levels, goals, and progression.
- Deliver private lessons, group sessions, junior programs, and internal tournaments.
- Ensure adherence to safe coaching practice, including warm-ups, cool-downs, and injury prevention.
- Operate within the constraints of the coach's accreditation and 321Sports H&S policies.
Program Development & Engagement
- Support the development of padel training curricula, progress pathways, and seasonal plans.
- Organize and promote padel community activations, corporate sessions, and internal competitions.
- Provide feedback on lesson performance and player development to line managers.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and satisfaction levels among players.
- Assist in implementing promotional initiatives to increase padel court utilization.
Team Support & Collaboration
- Support assistant coaches and volunteers during sessions; guide their development.
- Provide mentorship to new padel coaches and ensure alignment with program standards.
- Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Commercial, Facility Management) to ensure program efficiency.
- Work collaboratively during multi-sport events or cross-venue activities.
Operations & Safety
- Ensure padel courts are set up, safe, and well-maintained before and after sessions.
- Maintain and report on the condition of padel equipment and request consumables as needed.
- Ensure compliance with venue HSE, Child Protection, and Risk Assessment protocols.
- Assist the operations team with venue preparations during events and high-traffic days.
Professional Development
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in padel coaching via recognized governing bodies.
- Attend internal training workshops and external certifications when required.
- Represent 321Sports in a professional manner during events, tournaments, or activations.
- The post holder is required to liaise with a wide range of administrative and support staff, including:
- Internal Stakeholders such as the events team, facility management, Marketing and commercials, and safety officers.
- External stakeholders such as the Padel federation, ADSC, Schools, and corporates
- Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
