Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general production and packing activities.
• Perform product packing, labeling, and preparation.
• Support order picking, stock movement, loading, and unloading.
• Assist with production-line and plant-machinery operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.
• Support warehouse and delivery activities as required.
• Follow company safety procedures, rules, and supervisor instructions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Inventory, and Delivery teams when required.

Requirements

• Basic education.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Hindi.
• Previous experience in food production, FMCG, a warehouse, or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive work.
• Willing to work overtime as required and according to company shifts and schedules.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to follow company rules and safety procedures.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay is up to AED 1,500 per month; the description also gives an application-question breakdown of AED 1,000 fixed salary, average AED 250 monthly overtime, and average AED 250 monthly performance bonus after the six-month probation period.

Schedule
