- Oversee the daily operations of the packhouse maintenance team, ensuring all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition to meet production targets.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all critical packhouse equipment, minimizing downtime and costly emergency repairs.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, providing expert guidance to technicians.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels of essential components to facilitate timely repairs and reduce operational disruptions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the maintenance department, fostering a safe working environment.
