WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The Extrusion Packer position is based at our KP Building manufacturing plant in Brampton, Ontario. This role is responsible for inspecting and packaging plastic extrusion products while supporting quality, safety, and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Package, label, stack, and prepare products for storage or shipment.
• Safely handle raw materials and finished goods up to 50 lbs.
• Keep workstations stocked, clean, organized, and safe.
• Record production information and report quality or operational issues.
• Support extrusion operators and production team members as needed.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Contribute to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience is an asset.
• Plastic extrusion experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and safety focused.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Rotating shifts every two weeks, Monday to Friday:

• Days: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Afternoons: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• Nights: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
