Activities and perspectives
Tackle, think along, take responsibility
- Proactively identify, target, and win new B2B Retail customers and other packaging buyers across theU.S. market
- Expand business within current customers, cross-selling relevant solutions, increasing share of wallet, and converting unmet customer needs into opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across purchasing, marketing, quality, and leadership functions
- Lead customer-facing commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations. Drive pricing discipline, value-based selling, and agreement structures that support long-term profitable growth
- Partner closely with Sales Director HQ Germany, Sales Team US, to resolve commercial issues, and ensure successful implementation of new business
- Create, develop, and present effective sales presentations
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, samples, specifications, and order requirements
- Requirements
What you should bring with you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, with a strong record of winning new business and delivering profitable growth
Enthusiasm and experience in Packaging, or a related market is strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in hunting for new business, opening new accounts, and converting opportunitiesinto recurring commercial revenue
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead complex discussions, articulate value propositions, and close business effectively
Highly driven, entrepreneurial, resilient, and action-oriented. Strong self-starter with a disciplined, accountable working style and a clear focus on results
Collaborative team player
Development of in-depths understanding of the packaging market, trends and needs of the customer target group
Identify market trends and new business opportunities
Willingness to travel and maintain a valid driver's license
