About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented
Packaging & Brand Design Specialist
to lead the visual development of our product packaging across all categories.
This role is responsible for transforming products into visually compelling retail experiences through premium packaging design, strong shelf impact, and cohesive brand storytelling.
The candidate will create and oversee packaging artwork, structural presentation ideas, and product visuals that align with the brand’s luxury, playful, and innovative identity.
The ideal candidate combines
graphic design excellence, FMCG packaging knowledge, and strong commercial understanding
of what makes products stand out on shelves.
📦 Packaging Design & Artwork Development
- Design packaging for:
- chocolate bars
- gift boxes
- date products
- jars
- pouches
- sleeves
- retail cartons
- seasonal collections
- Develop high-quality front, back, and side packaging artworks.
- Ensure all designs are
- retail-ready, print-ready, and commercially attractive
- .
- Create packaging systems that maintain consistency across SKUs while allowing flavor distinction.
🎨 Brand Consistency & Visual Identity
- Maintain consistency of:
- logo placement
- color systems
- typography
- product communication
- premium feel
- across all packaging families.
- Ensure every product reflects the brand’s personality and shelf appeal.
- Continuously improve packaging aesthetics in line with market trends.
🛍️ Product Presentation & Shelf Impact
- Design with a strong understanding of:
- shelf visibility
- shopper attention
- premium cues
- gifting appeal
- Create mockups and presentation visuals for management approvals.
- Develop special packaging concepts for:
- Ramadan
- seasonal editions
- collaborations
- promotional packs
🧾 Technical Packaging Coordination
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and suppliers.
- Ensure correct implementation of:
- barcodes
- ingredients
- nutrition tables
- regulatory icons
- legal text
- Work with production team on dielines, dimensions, and print specifications.
- Review color proofs and printing samples.
💡 Packaging Innovation & Development
- Propose new packaging structures and premium presentation concepts.
- Work on interactive and gifting-oriented packaging ideas.
- Research global packaging trends, materials, and finishing styles.
- Collaborate with innovation and marketing teams on new launches.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication, or related field

- **4–8 years experience**
- in FMCG packaging design, food packaging, or premium consumer products.
- Strong portfolio in
- retail packaging and branding
- .
- Expert in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Understanding of print production, die lines, packaging materials, and finishing.
- Strong eye for luxury, color, typography, and shelf communication.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial practicality.
- Fluent in English.
