- Retrieves, sets up, and loads tools and materials as needed across multiple stages of layup.
- Forklift operation may be required - can be trained
- Self-starter, able to work independently and with multiple departments
- Communicates with co-workers in a team environment effectively, promoting a positive team environment
- Performs duties in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to safety procedures
- Maintain an organized/ clean space and equipment
- Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance, and arrives on time daily
- Ability to cross train and accept additional responsibilities, including, but not limited to different stages of PAC-3 Layup and vacuum bagging parts.
- Performs other related duties as required
- Continuous standing on concrete surface.
- Must be able to lift and move weights with a partner and use “poles” to move weights ranging from 88-125 lbs.
- Hand/finger dexterity
- Visual acuity
- Prior forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
