About the Client:
A pioneering petrochemical manufacturer and trader of paints, coatings, resins, adhesives, and construction chemicals with factories and operations spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Job Description
1.
Coordinate material requests, LPOs, approvals, and delivery follow-ups between site and factory teams
2.
Manage transportation and vehicle-related matters including drivers, fuel, servicing, and RTA renewals
3.
Handle labour and HR documentation such as IDs, onboarding, insurance, and site access requirements
4.
Maintain attendance/manpower records and provide overall administrative and operational support to management
Qualifications
1.
Arabic speaker with minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience in administration, operations, construction, or contracting environments
2.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with experience using ERP systems, particularly Sage
3.
Strong organisational, multitasking, communication, and follow-up skills
4.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment with high attention to detail
