Act as the voice of our owners, ensuring their feedback shapes improvements to service and experience.

Analyse insight, trends and feedback to spot opportunities and proactively address issues before they escalate.

Recruit, inspire and develop a high-performing, customer‑focused team.

Motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional service and build strong, meaningful relationships with owners.

Lead by example, creating a culture of care, professionalism and continuous improvement.

Handle all situations professionally, sensitively and with a focus on positive outcomes.

Plan, schedule and deliver a range of owner engagement events including forums, drop‑ins and social activities.

Work closely with park leadership and central support functions to ensure seamless service across all touchpoints.

Proven experience managing and developing customer‑focused teams.

Strong relationship‑building skills, both internally and externally.

Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how service excellence drives business performance.

Excellent written and digital communication skills for owner‑facing messaging.

Flexibility to work varied days including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

A proactive, solutions-oriented leader with a passion for service excellence.
