Overview
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Dubai real estate, Owners Association (OA), or community management
Demonstrated hands-on experience in:
End-to-end Owners Association setup (from initiation to full operation)
Building handover from contractor to OA/FM
Service charge budgeting and financial management
Working with RERA systems and regulatory requirements
Operations & Vendor Management
Strong knowledge of Dubai OA regulations and RERA procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and operations effectively
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
