Responsibilities
- Assist with daily payroll processing and administrative tasks.
- Enter and update employee payroll information, maintain records, and retain supporting documents.
- Check attendance, working hours, and leave records.
- Prepare basic payroll reports and spreadsheets; assist with routine payroll inquiries.
- Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness and protect confidential information.
- Provide general HR and administrative support when needed.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No previous payroll experience is required; training will be provided, and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Good numerical, organizational, and time-management skills; responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally, learn and follow instructions, and work independently remotely.
