Role Description

The Owner role at Leadeo AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The individual in this role oversees overall business strategy, defines the company vision, and sets priorities for product development, client engagement, and market expansion.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading key client relationships, guiding AI outreach system design and implementation, reviewing performance metrics, and making decisions on resource allocation and partnerships.

The Owner collaborates closely with technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure delivery quality, scalability, and alignment with client needs.

This role also involves managing financial performance, assessing new growth opportunities, building a strong local and global network, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership roles, with a track record of building or scaling technology or B2B service businesses.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven outreach systems, including familiarity with multi-channel prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Background in private equity, venture-backed environments, acquisition entrepreneurship, or complex B2B sales is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated strengths in strategic planning, financial oversight, and decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company in client and investor settings.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, create inclusive work environments, and build scalable processes and operational frameworks.
  • Comfort working on-site in Dubai and engaging with regional and international partners; prior experience in global markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
