Why This Role Exists

bnbme grows by bringing new property owners onto our platform — and that growth depends on three things working together: a sharp acquisition team that closes deals, strong relationships with brokers who feed us leads, and a disciplined lead generation engine that doesn't waste marketing spend.

This role owns all three.

You will run the acquisition team, build out broker relationships across Dubai, and manage the SDR function — while also owning the long-term sale and rental journey for units that move in that direction.

bnbme Holiday Homes is a hospitality-first short-term rental company operating across Dubai, Riyadh, and Munich.

We manage premium properties and are built around guest experience, owner trust, and operational discipline.

This role is based in Dubai.

What Success Looks Like

Twelve months in, your acquisition team is consistently converting leads to signed contracts, your broker network is actively generating qualified leads (and enjoying doing it), your SDR pipeline is clean and well-qualified, and marketing spend is producing a clear, trackable return.

Units headed for long-term rental or sale move through a smooth, well-managed process from listing to close.

Owner Acquisition

  • Drive conversion of leads to signed contracts across the acquisition pipeline
  • Manage and coach the acquisition team — close rates, deal quality, and day-to-day performance
  • Keep presentations and pitch materials updated and sharp

Real Estate Broker Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and brokerages across Dubai
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through the broker network
  • Design and run a gamified incentive structure to motivate brokers to keep referring

Lead Generation

  • Manage the SDR team to generate a healthy, consistent lead volume
  • Train and coach the team on how to properly qualify a lead before it moves forward
  • Review marketing spend regularly against lead output — know what is working and what isn't
  • Keep the CRM clean, current, and accurate

Long Term & Sales

  • Identify units suited for long-term rental or sale and list them on Property Finder
  • Manage the full journey from listing to close — viewings, pricing, and paperwork

Required

  • Experience managing a sales team — coaching, performance management, and accountability
  • Experience managing lead generation — pipeline building, SDR oversight, or similar
  • Real estate sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Genuine, hands-on use of AI tools beyond basic search — using them to improve how the team works, not just to look things up
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in owner acquisition within short-term rentals

Location

Dubai.

A driver's license is required — you will be moving between meetings, viewings, and broker relationships across the city.
