Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
As the Owner of PureLab, you will oversee all aspects of operations, including business strategy, staff management, financial planning, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
You will be tasked with creating and executing strategic initiatives to enhance diagnostic services and ensuring the organization aligns with the mission of advancing healthcare quality.
Leading a team of experts, you will also focus on fostering innovation and delivering exceptional service to clients and the community.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management skills in healthcare or related industries
- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of diagnostic tools, lab operations, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships and partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to driving innovation and advancing healthcare quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Previous experience in a senior leadership or ownership role is desirable
