Senior Associate role at MO Museum; part-time and hybrid, with work based in Abu Dhabi.

Supports exhibitions, programs, events, and visitor-facing operations with curatorial, education, and operations teams.

Work includes on-site presence at partner or project locations in Abu Dhabi and remote planning, documentation, and communication.

Organize schedules and prepare materials; liaise with partners and stakeholders.
Support smooth visitor-facing operations and contribute to outreach and community engagement.
Help coordinate marketing content and information; analyze attendance, feedback, and program impact.

Experience in arts, culture, or nonprofit settings supporting exhibitions, events, or educational initiatives.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Abu Dhabi and remotely, including virtual collaboration.
Ability to engage diverse audiences and communities and commitment to accessibility and inclusive practices.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting visitor feedback and program outcomes.
Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools, including email, document management, and online meeting platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in arts management, museum studies, cultural studies, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered.
