About the job Overseas Recruitment Specialist – Manpower Supply (SMP)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in international recruitment and manpower supply operations.

The role is responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle from receiving client requirements to successful mobilization and deployment of candidates from overseas markets, particularly across Asia.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience within recruitment agencies and manpower supply companies, with a deep understanding of overseas recruitment processes, embassy requirements, visa procedures, workforce mobilization, and country-specific regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from receiving client requirements to successful deployment and onboarding of candidates.
  • Review manpower requests and develop effective recruitment strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Source, screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidates across various industries and job categories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, sourcing partners, and workforce providers.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, government authorities, and visa processing centers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment regulations, labor requirements, visa procedures, and embassy processes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of active and passive candidates.
  • Build and strengthen recruitment pipelines for Medical, Hospitality, Logistics, Facilities Management, Construction, Manufacturing, and other sectors.
  • Coordinate candidate documentation, medical examinations, visa processing, travel arrangements, and mobilization activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, candidate databases, and recruitment trackers.

  • Database growth and pipeline development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in overseas recruitment, manpower supply, or recruitment agency operations.
  • Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes and workforce mobilization.
  • Experience dealing with embassies, consulates, visa procedures, and government authorities.
  • Strong understanding of Asian labor markets and recruitment channels.
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare, hospitality, logistics, and industrial sectors.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding recruitment timelines.

Preferred Profile

  • Previous experience in a manpower supply or recruitment agency environment.
  • Saudi Arabia recruitment experience isn't mandatory but added value.
  • Existing network of overseas recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor market requirements.

Language Requirements

  • English – Mandatory
  • Arabic – Preferred
  • Hindi / Urdu – Preferred
