Expo 2030 Riyadh – SME Support
- Trivandi is supporting the development of the Operations function for Expo 2030 Riyadh, working alongside key stakeholders to help shape the operational foundations of the event.
- Our focus is on ensuring the masterplan and programme are operationally deliverable — translating design into reality through validated space requirements, integrated operating models, and functional planning.
- Given the scale, complexity, and pace of the project, we are looking to engage experienced SMEs with prior World Expo experience to provide targeted advisory support.
- This is not a delivery role — the requirement is for senior, credible input to:* Test and challenge planning assumptions
- Validate operational requirements and spatial allocations
- Provide practical, experience-led insight to shape solutions
- Ensure alignment with real-world event delivery
Key Responsibilities & Outputs
- **Key Responsibilities*** Validate overlay scope vs permanent infrastructure
- Review staging, temporary structures, and compounds
- Ensure constructability within programme constraints
- Challenge over-design or duplication with permanent assets
- Align overlay with logistics and site operations
- **Outputs*** Overlay strategy validation
- Temporary infrastructure requirements
- FAOP input (Overlay)
