Key Responsibilities
- Drive
- full upgrade lifecycle
- across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production (Platform Server, LifeTime, Service Center)
- Perform
- infrastructure setup and tuning
- (IIS, Windows Server, load balancers, SSL, networking changes)
- Assess and remediate
- breaking changes
- (deprecated features, API changes, system entities)
- Ensure
- security compliance
(Secret Site Properties, SSO/authentication validation)
- Enable
- future readiness for ODC
- , focusing on data decoupling and modern integrations
- Lead
- troubleshooting
- , upgrade issue resolution, and
- team enablement/training
Core Skills
- **OutSystems:**
- Strong expertise in v11 on-prem, with
In-Place & Side-by-Side upgrades
- **Infrastructure:**
IIS, Windows Server (2019/2022), Load Balancers (F5/Citrix)
- **Database:**
- SQL Server / Oracle (drivers, compatibility upgrades)
- **Integration:**
- .NET (C#), Integration Studio, external DB drivers
- **DevOps:**
- LifeTime API, deployment zones, CI/CD pipelines
