- Reasonably expected salary range: $42,500.00 - $53,100.00
- Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an active law firm records management environment, including specific expertise in records keeping.
- Strong knowledge of legal document scanning, digital file organization, and professional archiving standards.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thinking strategically to resolve complex logistics or storage challenges
Responsibilities
- Manage the comprehensive file lifecycle—including digital creation, high-volume scanning, and daily inventory tracking—to ensure all legal records are accurate and immediately accessible for firm staff.
- Collaborate with legal stakeholders to coordinate seamless file transfers, off-site archiving, and secure shredding processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal industry regulations by performing regular inventory audits and maintaining strict chain-of-custody protocols for all client records.
