Talley Canada is expanding into Canada and seeks an Outside Sales Representative for Edmonton.
The role drives B2B revenue growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for wireless and wireline telecommunications network infrastructure products.
Key responsibilities
- Seek new business and maintain existing accounts in wireless and telecommunications.
- Travel to meet clients, present products, and negotiate contracts.
- Promote products from key suppliers.
- Develop territory plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Coordinate with technical support and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar B2B sales role; telecommunications or distribution experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
- At least 1 year of wireless industry experience is preferred; 2 or more years of product application experience is required.
- Ability to multitask across phone, ERP systems, web browsers, and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, organizational, and time management skills.
