Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Outside Sales Representative focused on the Dubai/UAE market.

The Outside Sales Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, reach out to potential clients, start conversations, and book qualified discovery calls for Belgrid.

The role is best suited for someone who understands business owners, founders, service-based companies, consultants, real estate-related businesses, wellness brands, luxury service brands, agencies, and growing SMEs in Dubai or the wider UAE market.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, outreach, lead tracking, booking discovery calls, following up with interested prospects, and working with approved Belgrid messaging to make sure the brand is represented clearly and professionally.

This is a commission-only role.

There is no base salary at this stage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in Dubai and the UAE
  • Reach out to businesses through approved outreach channels
  • Start meaningful conversations with founders, business owners, and decision-makers
  • Book qualified discovery calls for Belgrid
  • Keep accurate records of leads, replies, follow-ups, and booked calls
  • Attend weekly sales review calls
  • Use Belgrid-approved messaging before sending outreach
  • Share feedback from the market to help improve offers and messaging

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to speak clearly about digital services, websites, CRM, automation, and business growth systems
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Comfortable with a commission-only structure
  • Organized enough to track leads and follow-ups properly
  • Self-motivated, consistent, and professional
  • Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE business market is a strong plus
  • Experience selling for SaaS, agencies, B2B services, marketing, websites, CRM, or automation is helpful but not required

Compensation

This is a commission-only contract role.

Commission is paid only after the client’s payment has been received and cleared by Belgrid.

There is no base salary at this stage.

Commission structure will be discussed clearly before onboarding and confirmed in a written agreement.

Important Note

You may use your own outreach tools or email setup, but all messaging must be approved by Belgrid before use.

This is to make sure Belgrid is represented clearly, professionally, and consistently.
