Role overview
Full-time, on-site outside sales role based in Dubai, with GCC travel.
Establish REBEL Safety Gear’s brand and grow its customer base across the GCC.
The company offers safety footwear and PPE for demanding work environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and win new customers.
- Build awareness and demand for REBEL safety footwear and PPE.
- Visit customers, demonstrate products, and recommend suitable gear.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, develop accounts, and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams on deliveries and after-sales support.
- Track competitors, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong GCC PPE industry sales experience, market knowledge, and industry relationships are essential.
- Proven record of winning new business and meeting sales targets.
- Able to introduce a brand to a new market and build a customer base from scratch.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Dubai and the GCC.
- Fluent English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
