We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales / Project Design Specialist who enjoys solving problems, meeting homeowners, and earning strong commissions.

Your job is to inspect homes, diagnose foundation issues, and recommend the right repair solution.

Conduct in-home foundation inspections (crawl spaces, structural areas)

?

Identify foundation or structural issues and determine the best solution

?

Design repair plans using RhinoLift stabilization systems

?

Educate homeowners and explain recommended repairs

?

Prepare project estimates and repair plans

?

Manage the customer relationship from inspection to project start

?

Maintain notes and customer details in the CRM

?

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

?

Company-provided leads – no cold calling required
