Position summary

Outlet operations and team support

• Coordinate staff teamwork and service; inspect grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, prepare supplies and tools, clean equipment and areas, and secure doors.
• Inspect storage organization, FIFO practices, and cleanliness; complete inventories and requisition supplies.
• Monitor dining-room seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being; submit maintenance work orders.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, assist people with disabilities, and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Maintain quality expectations and identify or implement improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost savings.

Preferred qualifications and physical demands

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• No license or certification is specified.
• The role involves extended standing, sitting, or walking; lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds; and using stairs, ramps, and confined or elevated spaces.

• The position is located at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, and is not remote.
