Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Outlet Incharge** to manage day‑to‑day operations of our automotive service outlet specializing in tires, batteries, lubricants, wheel alignment, and car wash services.
The role is responsible for overseeing operations, driving sales performance, ensuring service quality, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow across all service areas (tires, battery, lubrication, wheel alignment, and car wash).
- Ensure all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
- Monitor service turnaround times and optimize operational efficiency.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth by upselling products and services (tires, batteries, lubricants, alignment packages, etc.).
- Achieve outlet sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Identify local business opportunities (fleet customers, corporate accounts, walk‑ins).
- Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and service quality at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Build strong relationships with repeat and key customers.
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
- Allocate tasks and monitor staff productivity and performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and discipline.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage inventory of tires, lubricants, batteries, and consumables.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and minimize wastage or shrinkage.
Financial & Reporting
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and billing accuracy.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, operations, and performance.
- Control expenses and ensure profitability of the outlet.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the outlet.
- Ensure equipment (alignment machines, lifts, tools) is properly maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience (3–6+ years) in automotive service operations or retail outlet management.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Tires and tire services
- Automotive batteries
- Lubricants and oil change services
- Wheel alignment and balancing
- Car wash operations
- Demonstrated skills in:
- Sales and target achievement
- Team leadership and supervision
- Customer service and problem resolution
- Inventory control and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Automotive, or related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.

- Experience managing multi-service automotive outlets.
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth.
- Knowledge of local automotive market and customer segments in Qatar.
- Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
