About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Outdoor Marketing Executive to promote Bafleh Jewellery products, engage with potential customers, and drive sales through direct, on-ground marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor marketing activities to promote Bafleh Jewellery products
- Approach and interact with potential customers in public areas, events, and retail locations
- Explain product features, offers, and benefits to generate interest and sales
- Distribute promotional materials and create brand awareness
- Meet daily/weekly sales and lead generation targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team and report daily activities and feedback
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Hindi and Punjabi are an advantage)
- Previous experience in outdoor marketing, retail, or jewellery industry is preferred
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
