A leading fit-out company in the UAE is looking for an energetic **Outdoor Salesman** to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects.
Conduct market research, cold calls, and site visits to generate high-quality leads.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and designers.
Present company portfolios, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals successfully.

**Experience:** Minimum **1 year of proven experience** in outdoor sales, specifically within the fit-out, interior design, or building materials industry.
**Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
**Attributes:** Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.
**Location:** Dubia & Sharjah

**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent
**Salary:** **AED 3,000 – AED 4,000** per month (depending on experience)
**Benefits:** Employment visa, medical insurance, paid leave, and all other benefits as per **UAE Labour Law**.
