Outdoor Salesman

About This Role

Our company is looking for an Outdoor Salesman for Fitout, carpentry and Building Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

• Identify and approach potential clients (residential, commercial, offices, villas, etc.)
• Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, and referrals
• Promote company services (maintenance, carpentry works, fit-out projects)
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

2. Client Relationship Management

• Meet clients at their locations to understand project requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups

3. Site Visits & Coordination

• Visit sites to assess scope of work (repairs, renovations, fit-outs, carpentry jobs)
• Take measurements and gather technical details
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineers, supervisors, draftsmen) to ensure accurate execution

4. Market Awareness

• Monitor competitors and market trends in maintenance and fit-out services
• Suggest new services or improvements based on client demand

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
• Ensure all documentation (contracts, LPOs, invoices) is properly handled

6. Target Achievement

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Contribute to overall company revenue growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
