Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Outdoor Salesman to promote and sell our agricultural and pest control products throughout the UAE.
The successful candidate will visit customers, generate new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and promote agricultural and pest control products.
- Develop relationships with pest control companies, farms, landscaping companies, municipalities, and distributors.
- Identify and approach new customers to increase sales.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
- Collect market information and report competitor activities.
- Follow up on payments and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in agriculture, pesticides, pest control, landscaping, or related industries.
- Knowledge of agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, and public health pesticides is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Required).
- English language skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing with pest control companies and agricultural distributors.
- Knowledge of UAE pesticide regulations.
- Existing customer network within the agriculture or pest control industry is an advantage.
