The company is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Outdoor Salesman.
The role focuses on selling building materials and developing customer and distributor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell adhesives, sealants, PU foam, silicones, wood glue, and related building materials.
- Generate sales and build long-term customer and distributor relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales growth strategies.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Coordinate order processing and delivery follow-ups with the sales office.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work arrangement
- The position is full-time and requires in-person work.
Requirements
- Ability to promote and sell building materials, including adhesives, sealants, PU foam, silicones, and wood glue.
- Result-oriented approach to generating sales and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
