Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Representative (B2B) based in Abu Dhabi.

Candidates must have their own valid UAE residency visa.

The role involves identifying and engaging with potential business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and representing Vega in the field.

The employee will be responsible for promoting our products and services, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service to achieve business goals.

1.    B2B Sales

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target businesses in the outdoor industry, such as retailers, wholesalers, and other relevant clients.

2.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

3.    Relationship Management

Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing business clients to ensure continued sales and loyalty.

4.    Product Knowledge

Demonstrate a strong understanding of our outdoor products and services, tailoring presentations to meet client needs.

5.    Negotiation & Closing

Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery, and contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

6.    Market Analysis

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to capitalize on new business opportunities.

7.    Reporting & Documentation

Track sales progress, submit regular reports, and update CRM systems to maintain accurate client information.

8.    Collaboration

Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.

9.    Customer Support

Provide post-sale support, resolve any customer concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Proficiency in account management and customer service
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in outdoor sales, especially in B2B environments with Channel Partners.
  • Knowledge of the telecom industry.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an asset
