Enigma Beauty Group is a leading distributor of professional beauty and cosmetic brands, serving salons, spas, retailers, and beauty professionals.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Outdoor Sales Representative** to join our growing team and help expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to salons, spas, retailers, and other beauty industry clients.
- Present and promote the company’s products and new launches.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
Requirements
- **2–4 years of proven sales experience**, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in **cosmetics, beauty, or professional salon products** is highly preferred.
- Valid **driving license** is required.
- Owning a car is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.
