The Dubai-based Outdoor Sales Representative supports sales activities, customer relationships, follow-up, and market coverage.
The role requires travel within Dubai and involves actively visiting customers in an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through customer visits, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain client relationships, follow up regularly, and maximize repeat business through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collect orders and coordinate with internal teams for delivery execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide regular field reports and updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections.
Requirements
- Previous outdoor or field sales experience is preferred, ideally in wholesale.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and manage a territory.
- Result-driven, with good time management and ability to handle targets under pressure.
- Basic reporting tools and MS Office knowledge is an advantage; a proactive, customer-focused approach is expected.
- Willingness to travel within Dubai.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
