Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to join our luxury furniture brand in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both B2B and B2C furniture sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while promoting premium furniture solutions to residential and commercial clients.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities and client visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, property developers, contractors, hotels, and corporate clients.
- Identify and approach potential customers for residential and commercial furniture projects.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings.
- Promote product collections and seasonal campaigns to target audiences.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the showroom, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in furniture sales, luxury furniture, home décor, interiors, or related industries.
- Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong network within the UAE furniture, interior design, real estate, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to close sales.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
