Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive – Gym & Sports Equipment (UAE) ( 5Nos)
About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and sports, combined with strong sales skills to promote and sell gym and sports equipment to a wide range of clients including fitness centres (GYM) hotels, schools, and corporate organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market
- Promote and sell gym equipment (cardio machines, strength equipment) and sports gear
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and installation
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of sales experience (fitness or sports equipment industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
