**Pay:** Fixed AED 1,200 per month + Commission
Job Description
We are looking for a confident and hardworking **Female Outdoor Sales & Marketing Staff** to join our growing team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, promoting our products/services, generating new sales, and maintaining good relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Visit shops, offices, buildings, restaurants, and potential customers
- Promote company products and services
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain good communication with existing and new clients
- Explain offers, prices, and service details to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Report daily visits and sales activity to the company
- Support marketing and promotional activities
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Must have own UAE visa
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Urdu
- Confident personality and good customer handling skills
- Outdoor sales or marketing experience preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Must be active, responsible, and target-oriented
- UAE market knowledge will be an advantage
