We are a growing corporate gifting company specializing in curated gifts, branded merchandise, and custom gifting solutions for businesses across the UAE.
We work with companies of all sizes to create memorable gifting experiences for employees, clients, and special occasions.
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Outdoor Sales Executive to help expand our client base and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- ***Business Development***
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients across Dubai and the UAE
- Conduct in-person visits to offices, businesses, and decision-makers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Network and establish long-term business relationships
*Client Servicing & Account Management*
- Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure excellent customer service
- Follow up regularly with clients regarding upcoming gifting requirements, events, and seasonal opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders
- Resolve customer queries and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- ***Lead Management***
- Service and convert leads provided by the company
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close opportunities
- Update management on lead progress and sales activities
- ***Market Intelligence***
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and corporate gifting opportunities
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services
Requirements
- Valid UAE driver's license (mandatory)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outdoor sales, business development, account management, or client servicing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and travelling within Dubai and the UAE
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
- Basic proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- (Preferred) Has their own vehicle

- Experience in any of the following industries is an advantage:

- Hospitality

- B2B sales
Compensation
- Salary: AED 3,000 - 6,000 per month, varies on experience
- Performance incentives/commission: (if applicable)

We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people, building relationships, and representing our brand professionally.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can independently generate business while also effectively managing company-provided leads.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
