The Outdoor Sales Executive helps grow sales of signage and interior-finish products.
Products include aluminium fabric profiles, LED modules and strips, power supplies, flex neon, edging strips, industrial glue, and double-sided tapes.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers and present products using catalogs or company materials.
- Answer product and company questions and identify customer requirements.
- Refer prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer records, and accurately process orders.
- Handle grievances, pursue sales quotas, and support future sales.
- Keep call and sales records and note useful information.
- Develop business and bring in new customers.
Requirements
- Two to three years of sales experience in signage, advertising, or interior fit-out industries.
- Proven sales or customer-service experience and a record of meeting sales quotas are sought; phone-based quota experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and ability to learn and explain products and services.
- Excellent English and communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection, negotiate, and resolve issues and complaints.
- A UAE driving licence is required; owning a vehicle is an advantage.
- Arabic is preferred.
Compensation
- Monthly pay is listed as AED 3,500 to AED 5,000.
