We are seeking an experienced **female Sales Executive/Trainer** (specializing in all salon products -- hair, facial, eyelashes, & nails) to join our prestigious team at **Maison De Joelle**.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client services, train salon hairdressers, facial therapists, and nails and eyelash technicians, and perform B2B sales to promote our premium salon products.
As An Outdoor Sales Executive
- Open new B2B salon accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
- Distribute brochures and samples to generate leads.
- Submit quotations and conduct product demonstrations.
- Educate clients about our salon product range and close sales.
- Follow up with clients and maintain a sales log/database.
- Meet sales targets and support overall business growth.
As A Nail & Lash Trainer
- Demonstrate advanced skills in nail and lash trends.
- Train salon technicians on techniques, hygiene, and product use.
- Provide ongoing support and quality assurance in salon performance.
- Perform nail services (acrylic, gel, etc.) and lash treatments (extensions, lifting, tinting, etc.).
- Maintain equipment and manage inventory.
- Enforce salon hygiene, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid **Qatar driving license** and own car.
- Minimum **3 years of B2B sales and training experience** in the beauty industry.
- **Bilingual**: Fluent in **Arabic and English** (mandatory).
- Preferably a licensed **cosmetologist**.
- Strong communication, teaching, and artistic skills.
- Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and hands-on approach.
• Cosmetology Certification (Preferred)
- Qatar Driving License and own car (Required)
Experience
- cosmetology: 3 years (Preferred)
