Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Outdoor Sales Executive** to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, and achieving sales targets.

This position involves outdoor sales activities, frequent travel within the assigned territory, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads, prospect new business opportunities, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to showcase products/services and close sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and challenges encountered.

Requirements

  • **1 to 3 years sales experience is mandatory.**
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).
  • Language: English, Hindi, Malayalam & Arabic.
