Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive (Auto Spare Parts)
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell automotive spare parts to garages, workshops, fleet operators, auto parts retailers, and corporate clients across the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities, and a passion for the automotive industry.
This role involves outdoor sales activities, business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell automotive spare parts to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular outdoor visits to garages, workshops, auto spare parts dealers, and fleet companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field marketing and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Develop partnerships with automotive service centers and commercial vehicle operators.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and automotive industry events.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Own car (car allowance will be provided).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in auto spare parts sales, automotive aftermarket sales, or a related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle components.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Target-oriented, sincere, and committed to organizational growth.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 (based on experience)
